Been to the beauty section of the store for a few times now and Samantha will forever remain my best salesperson! She is always so patient and is very knowledgeable regarding helping me find what I’m looking for. Will always buy my Chanel products from the store just for her, she’s very lovely!
Yesterday I was assigned to Ruby as my FA, who firstly showed me around the new boutique, took out pieces and explained to me the idea behind the collections. If you need a FA I highly recommend you book an appointment with Ruby.
Go to LT so much better customer service , the door lady was quite rude we were so excited to buy our first designer bag and felt quite judged we were waiting in line and they actually pushed people in front us just because we weren’t dressed in high end clothing doesn’t mean you can treat us like scum LT we’re very accomodating and amazing happy to say we bought our first designer bag from them

Visited Channel in Perth and perused handbags and costume jewelry. Assisted by fashion advertiser, Richie who was supper patient and helpful and made the whole process fun. We settled for a necklace and ear rings which look fantastic.
I have been a loyal LV client for many years, and after visiting the new Chanel fashion store for the first time, I will remain a LV client. I wanted to purchase a bag and shoes for an upcoming event and I have never had such a negative shopping experience. I was actually looked from head to toe by the manageress Caroline? what a strange way to treat a new potential VIP. The beauty department has a very friendly atmosphere even though it’s inside the same building!? i would recommend going in for the beauty as i received a complimentary makeup demo. I would not not go here for my fashion items or recommend the store and service.
Had the most wonderful experience! Jaz is absolutely incredible and her customer service is the best I’ve ever received. She assisted me in finding the perfect lipstick shade, whilst educating me on all the different products. I look forward to visiting every time I’m in Perth and can’t wait to be back soon!
Highly recommend Chanel in Ranie Square. I had great experience yesterday. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially with Turkish Fashion sales, he is very patient and give suitable idea for you. The make up boutique section is great and lovely. I will definitely come again.
I visited this Chanel, the sales assistant didn't even try to sell me an item. It seemed she lost her voice/unwell and/or was bored. I had to ask her questions, such as whether the stap can be adjusted. She didn't even offer to show me alternatives. It's thousands of dollars for a wallet on a chain/bag, I've had better service in Mimco!
