Had my makeup applied here on Saturday for a wedding nearby at Doltone House on the weekend, Melody was professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend both Melody and the boutique.
The customer service is beyond a joke! There is a young woman 30 something employee and her attitude is disgusting. The the two times I’ve been there she had a degrading look towards me and my partner and when she seen us the second time her response was “pffff you again” This miserable person who probably makes a quarter of the average wage should take a good hard look at herself in the mirror and learn some respect. Chanel need to do something about this issue as it’s really tarnishing their brand as I’m sure we are not the only people to be served this utter disrespect.
