I came in today wanting to get a store credit. I instantly felt so welcomed and comfortable in the shop. The young blonde girl was working and she is always nice and welcoming whenever I come in to the store. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond. However I came in during the week looking for a gift for my mother and another older girl was working, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there, she was rude and abrupt so I left with nothing.
Great selection of clothing for young and hey young at heart too. Beautiful summer stock in. Helpful sales assistant. Had to return a faulty product. She was really helpful and encouraged a better quality at same price. Prices in various ranges. Now that's service! Good parking outside. Other interesting shops nearby.
Just tried to enter the Cambridge store to purchase a top.There was a family of about 5 all wandering the shop without masks.Some of us are immune compromised Mentioned it to sales assistant who was wearing mask seemed very uninterested and didn't care they I had toeave the store.
