The matcha powder is not good. Does not taste and look like matcha. The green colour is too dark. The sweet herbal jelly was alright.

Very rude staff. As I was ordering milk tea and the staff was very rude as i was not able to hear her what she was telling me because there was machine noise of making tea coming out in background. Never gonna buy or order now. There were 3 staffs, short girl was very rude. Need to give some customer service  training to staffs.

I had the passion fruit green tea with the bubbles that were green apple. Really nice, I just got to get used to the new trend of the bubbles.  Now to try more. A tad expensive for quantity. But a must to try! food allergies is not listed. Only down fall.

This place is great, I came here almost everyday to taste the delicious fruity tea. The staff were always so nice and always got my order correct. One of the staff members even remembered me when I cam to visit. This place serves the best bubble tea in Australia. I can't wait to get it again in Brisbane!

The thai milk tea frozen is must-tryyy. It's super good.

I had a terrible experience today I have never had such a garbage taste premium milk tea in my life. If you like expensive water you should go there.

Love this place, pretty sure I spent over 2k there already. The only thing I can complain about is that it is luck of the draw with the taste of the pearls. More often than not they taste so bland. Sometimes they are really nice and sweet. That’s when they are good. Otherwise 90% of the time they lack sugar or whatever it is they mix em with. Pearls are too bland.

I love sweet tea, and this is one of the only places in Darwin where you can get a wide range of flavours. However, the staff are sometimes grumpy, which I can live with I guess. But the reason I won't be going back is because they refuse to put extra syrup in my tea. I'm happy to pay extra, I don't like weak flavouring. But for some reason this isn't an option and they flat out refuse. Maybe it's a little thing to be pissed about, but they'll not see any more of my money till I'm able to get the tea I want from them. 1 star review.

Just went to go get some great cha time after a long day in the Darwin heat and after checking on their website what the opening hours are and it being confirmed that they are open until 10:300pm we were sorely disappointed and frustrated that they had already closed the doors and counted the till at 9:15pm and even when we asked we were given a curt reply of ‘we’re already closed’. Not what we expect from our favourite drink destination.
