Absolutely shocking customer service. The pizza was over 2.5 hours to make and deliver. When it finally arrived after many phone calls it was burnt and ended up in the bin. Been a loyal customer of Centrepoint pizza the Midland store would never treat customer's like that. So condescending towards myself and the elderly people who were waiting for the pizza
Always good. Just the right amount of 'grease', consistency and flavour. Ribs are amazing. Like everywhere sometimes I might get a slightly undercooked one but the amount I get it's probably about 5% of the the time when they're flat out. I have 5 independent pizza shops within 5km here and this is by far the best for price and quality. Highly recommended.
Awesome first time visit to Rack City. The food tasted great, plenty of flavour.. especially the smokiness of the beef brisket burger. Serving size very good too! Ribs had plenty of meat and was filling just on its own.
Sign was left on "Closed" until 30 minutes after opening time, leading me to believe it was closed. Chips were hot and tasty, burger was well made fell apart in the best way. The seasoning itself was not my favourite, but I see what they were going for. I do recommend the chicken tenders!
YUM!!!! Amazing quality pizza and food, heaps of toppings and even the vegan pizza tastes good! Best of all is their burgers when they are Rack City Ribs during the day.

Gave them another chance last week, got my pizza's on time. Too bad the order was totally wrong. Ordered a garlic prawn & the works. Not exactly sure what I got. Paid $35 for the worst pizza's I ever had I my life. A $5 frozen pizza Would have been better. Eat one slice and put it in the bin. No garlic prawn or the works.
Wasnt too happy today waited 2hours for a cheese pizza to be delivered only for it to be burnt /charcoaled on the bottom couldnt eat it. Couldnt be bothered ringing for a replacement and waitin anoth hour or 2. Even my dogs wouldnt eat it. Not the same centre point think new owners or something
I ordered 2 family size pizzas the works with prawns and chillie, they definitely weren’t family size they were quite small no chillie either and no flavour Have gotten pizza from here before and has been nice that’s why I decided to order again last night was very disappointed. I spent over $43.00 too
Where’s the bbq at? Been a customer for many years, however finding pizza’s are hit and miss. I ordered a lambosaurus with bbq sauce their menu says ‘choose your sauce’, it came with a tomato base and apparently bbq sauce was on it, somewhere. I was told on the phone that when they cook it, it disperses. Not sure what the point of that is. I can tell you we have ordered the same thing many times, and it came with a thick layer of bbq sauce that you can see and taste. I won’t be buying again as there is too much inconsistency with the pizzas!
