Absolute fail and do not help at all with any issues. The ONLY person who's helpful and nice is the security guard.

Had very efficient service here. Was there around 8.15am on a Friday before they open at 8.30am. Only 3 people were in the queue before me. Had all the documents they needed with me and was done before 9am.
Very efficient staff ,over worked but they are professional and give you a voice and help you back into society and help you remain part of that social society. 100/100
The staff in here are not professional and talking like idiots. One of the staff just look down up to all the people. Asking no sense questions and wasting time and doing nothing
Each time l use this office the staff are very courteous and knowledge is good. If you go at the right time of day waiting time is acceptable. Used the office today and service was excellent.
