If I could not rate with a star I would Absolutely not ..hopeless front staff for one simple correction they could have done instead asked me to cancel my application and start again because she was too lazy to do it There was no one at all waiting so she could of helped me within minutes of instead of convincing me There's also bad reviews on here surprisingly is management really happy with this? Obviously nothing has been done about the service very disappointing
went in to update change of name and gender details seeing as the app told me to do so in person the worker I spoke to refused to do anything, kept calling me my dead name, and went out of his way to call me "miss" despite me showing him a legal document which very clearly said that im legally male now not sure how im supposed to change anything the way they ask me to if their workers refuse to do their actual job?
A one stop place for Centrelink, Medicare and NDIS, alongside Preston market is a place offering everything. Staff members are very friendly, as always way better than corresponding over phone or via email, try their best to help and resolve the issues, very patient, dedicated and know their job well. I would highly recommend to visit in here if you have any related problems.
Wanted to drop off forms for a friend, made to register my name and then wait for nearly 1 hour..after to which would not accept forms for forwarding on ....surely there is an easier way . Check in staff not very helpful
today is my first time visit centrelink since i live in aus in 2008. the staff here is very impatient and unfriendly. she would find excuse for the mistake they made. terrible service.
Bad services. They never did anything. Wasting time. I'm not recommending this branch.
Quite helpless. It was very quiet today and still the admin staff at the front got no enthusiasm for helping people who need their help and guidance. Camberwell or Box Hill medicare were so much better in my opinion
Can't even speak to a living person. Hang up on me before I could even say anything. The worst service ever!
Hopeless, very quiet and just printed off forms and told me to go do everything online. Which has proven to be very very difficult.
Useless place to get a covid certificate for international travel. Apparently their system can't verify my passport and beyond that they don't care. Service agent starts getting angry at questions about that.
