Centre of Dental Excellence....not so much !! The procedure for replacing dentures for my mum took 6 weeks from first impression to finished product, instead of the industry standard of 3 weeks (per conversations with the NZIDT and many other dental practices). This made for a very frustrating and unnecessarily long journey. I found head dentist to be condescending and dismissive in his communication from the first appointment til the 6th and final appointment when he was unprofessional and rude. Based on the 1 star review below it seems I am not the only person to experience this behaviour from him. The admin staff are nice...but I would never go to that dentist again. One good thing during the process was that we met with the technician at Dentocast who was making the dentures.....a fantastic guy called Lucky Singh. He was consultative, professional and friendly. Speaking with the NZIDT, I found out you can go directly to the technician to have dentures made......sounds like a plan if there is ever a next time.

I hate dentist's (who doesn't) i avoid going then when i have to go cos of tooth pain, i always feel guilty for not going when i should have ......went today for an extraction, Staff were really helpful and super friendly, no judgments on poor dental health, was super comfortable, made it good and numb, explained the process really well, very professional. Will go back next time i have dental pain.

Friendly staff. They do a good job. No more or less expensive than any other dentist. Been let down by their policies and service on occasion but in general one of the better ones around.

Brilliant service from the staff First time to be called the next day by a caring member to see how I was. Several dentists here, sorta a one stop shop , love the fact they did a IV on me.. Costs a little on the high side, but worth it
