A very expensive 15 minutes but Dr Tong was very easy to talk to and helpful. Lovely ladies on reception makes it all the more better, definitely recommend!
Dr Penelope Lee was extremely rude to my grandma on the phone. Very dismissive, prescribed the wrong medication to her. Her skin condition worsened and she was told not to contact the doctor again. Do not go here.
Went in and five minutes later left without knowing what is wrong with me and $290 poorer for the privilege. I feel ripped off and violated.
I wouldn’t recommend this place, I had to see another dermatologist practice because Dr Phoon didn’t get rid of my spot, it came back. I understand the negative reviews. All Asian Dr’s don’t go!!
Dr Schumack knows his stuff. Request him and you’ll get a great service. Laura the nurse is excellent and will listen to your needs and even call you back in her own time.
This place is such a rip off. I should have read the reviews before coming for an appointment, not after. Such a mistake. I was told to have a sample skin taken with no mention of how much that would cost. I almost fainted when I got the bill. Avoid.
