One would expect this facility to have a "Right Of Reply" and when that so called "Old Woman" (now that's disrespectful) tried to do this, it couldn't be done. So here is the other side of this story that hasn't been told. The car in question required extensive structural repairs that should only be carried out by a qualified technician. The quote for these repairs was approximately $6,000.00 Mr Wi wanted to pay the repairs off, but could not state when payments would be made, up-front, otherwise or how much. (A red flag at any time) After receiving the quote, and to reduce costs, Mr Wi wanted to get a friend to acquire the parts required, and also fit them. It's not good practice to carry out structural repairs without fitting up bolt-on parts at the same time. Let alone put ones name to the unprofessionally finished results. (Another red flag) The vital issue here is that there is no sign on the front of the workshop saying:- Bank of Central Panelbeaters I understand that Mr Wi originally paid $11,000.00 for the vehicle, which I estimate to now have a pre-accident value of about $6,000.00. Hence my original advise was that it would be a no-brainer to buy another identical car for around $6,000.00 (probably less) then pilfer what was desired from the old car for the new car, and sell the wreck for $500.00.

Very Rude and Desrespectful instead of offering to help the situation the old woman there all she could do was tell me to go & get someone else to fix it never go here Taumarunui panel beaters has more respect for people only rated 1 star as the old fella there was polite never treat customers the way you would not like to be treated
