The hotel is very clean and well presented. The staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly, a credit to them.nThe food is the let down I had a hamburger and chipsnSadly there wasn’t one piece of green lettuce to place on the burger, and I felt the bread bun was a little stale.nIt doesn’t take much effort to make a hamburger well presented and sadly this takes away from what should have been and enjoyable dining experiencenI feel the kitchen has let down the bar and dining staff
I had the Mexican chicken with chips and salad and it was amazing. Fresh and tasty and really well prepared. The venue is fun and the staff are incredible - there was a lovely feeling of being an old friend even though it was my first visit.

HinMy friend and I dined in today and experienced very bad customer service from the service manger Mandy . Had an amazing food kudos to the chefs and great atmosphere but was very disappointed with the service. I thought the service manager was being rude but later my friends mentioned it as well when they went to order. When my friends went to query about the order being served wrong, she literally pushed the plate towards them and rudely told them to go wait at their table. No apologies or even mere courtesy for a person working in a service industry. We’d been there so many times for bowling with friends, never had any bad experience. For a very well renowned place, I did not expect this. Very disappointing.
Central Lane Hotel has its own parking space and has good pub meals. I've eaten salt n pepper calamari enough times to know if its great or not.nThe serving size is perfect, just the right amount of chips. Sometimes you go to places and they pile on the chips then you cant eat them. Anyways, might be good to book in on a Fri or Sat, it does get busy.
