Leah is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local area. She helped us make the most of our weekend away.nnRooms were clean, bedding was cozy - lots of extra pillows and blankets available on top of the wardrobe. The bathroom had plenty of soft towels and toiletries.nnThe tea and coffee station was better than most hotels I’ve been to! The little bottle of fresh milk and assortment of teas, coffee, and biscuits was a lovely touch.nnI enjoyed painting in the garden at the rear of the inn at sunset while listening to the birds.nA perfect stay!
Fabulous in all aspects, could not fault anything. Cleanliness was above and beyond, comfy beds, so many added touches in the room. Appreciated the attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend prospective customers to stay there
Excellent location, close to shops, freeway and tourist attractions. Staff extremely nice, room was very clean and comfortable. I had an excellent experience and definitely stay here again.

Excellent service and value for money! We arrived in Victoria on an early flight and called to see if an early check in was possible, we were greeted warmly and given an earlier check in to allow us to rest after a long night of flying. During our stay staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and felt fresh, with not only the usual toiletries but a selection of complimentary coffees and biscuits ! Room had an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, cutlery, dinner set, glasses and soft fluffy towels! Everything you need! Room was serviced daily including fresh towels and coffee/ biscuits. Easy parking at the door, and overall, a great place to stay!
