The service that I have experienced in the last couple months from the guys at Central Grocer is remarkable. They go above and beyond to leave a smile on my face every morning on my way to work. The new manager helped me immediately with any enquiries I had and attended to all my needs. Keep up the good work fellas !
New management at this establishment has drastically improved their services and has increased their variety of products! I always find what I need and staff are friendly & very helpful also prices are competitive comparing to other grocers in and around the area.

Worst customer service... charged more than the product price..i wish i could give 0 star
Less than one star due to complete disregard for customer service as the cashier maintained conversation with his mate while I was waiting to be served and blaintaintly served another person who cut in the line. They only get business due to their prime location. Service was very atrocious.
Blatantly tried to rip me off until I mentioned security cameras. Worker had a huge grin on his face while he was doing it too.
If I could give 0 stars I would... topped up my opal card and never got the credit on my opal. No contact number to call, opal cant help... absolutely disgraceful.
