Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, Dr Frew saw me and attended to my needs quickly as it was urgent and helped ensure I got to work on time.

I am so thrilled with my experience today, from reception, to the Dr and the nurse it was a pleasant experience. The waiting room is relaxed and comfortable and I was met with an on time dr!

Honestly you couldn’t ask for a better experience at a medical centre. From the lovely front receptionist’s warm greeting to the wonderful Dr John who is always so compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend this medical centre.

Absolutely fantastic reception staff! Very little if any waiting time..... Great Doctors who actually listen and care. Dr Matthew John and this medical centre have given me faith back in the medical centres in WA!

I had a blocked ear gross I know and this place was able to fit me in that day to have my ears cleaned by a tiny vacuum! Staff were professional, on time, and very sympathetic. It’s a crazy feeling but I can hear properly again, AND it was fully bulk billed!  Come for the central location, stay for the ear vacuum!

Dr Zach was very efficient and friendly. He took his time to explain the procedure! Myself and my husband were extremely pleased with him. I would definitely see him again. The location is also great for city workers. The receptionist Tess was amazing. Her friendliness over weighs a person’s nervousness. Thanks so much!

Doctor John was excellent but the receptionist asked me to pay when I first walked in and they don’t bulk bill children.

Dr Denz provided us fantastic service. Very thorough, professional and caring.

I came in urgently requiring an iron infusion. The service was quick, they went over and above to ensure I received my infusion in the shortest timeframe.
