Lunch today at this great tavern. The place was very quiet. Staff were very helpful with our small group of seniors. Plenty of selection on the seniors menu.. everyone very happy with their choices. Didn't have to wait to long until the meals arrived. They were presented well and served hot . Well done.. we'll be back.
Great local to come and have a feed. Food is really nice but leans more towards a pub feed so don't come here expecting fine dining. We love to enjoy a beer as the kids play on the playground. Really Handy : This place needs to extend off the kids area, and build a deck with the view they have. With the deck could have live music every week and attract a lot more customers had the spicy chicken wings today, they were absolutely divine and the blue cheese dip outstanding
Great food but was put off by the supervisor. We had come 30 minutes late because of traffic and couldn’t phone ahead because phone died. Tavern had heaps of tables to spare but supervisor in the red shirt bumped us off our reservation and gave us a tiny table for 4 to share with 7 of us, claiming there was no room and we should have called ahead. I took photos of the “no room”. There were multiple spare tables inside and outside. I could see she felt like a power trip to do that to us. Unfortunately for her she ruined what is actually a decent restaurant and staff.
Excellent service, tasty food and $6.50 XXXX Gold Pints. Saturday lunch - not crowded. An all round pleasant experience.

Food is top quality, and comes out in a timely manner. Management is exceedingly helpful and kind. All of the staff are very friendly and will help in any way possible. Brought the kids and they had a great time playing on the playground with other kids, and on the small arcade machines inside. Didn't have any worries about them being outside on the playground at night as you can see our there from the restaurant, and can see the video feed from the camera pointed out there. Could not recommend a better pub for a feed.
Menu and bar are fairly limited, decent but nothing to write home about and about 20% more expensive for the quality received. Took 50 minutes from order to table which was disappointing. Calamari sat under the heat lamp for over half an hour. Kids playground is good. Service was good. Staff are lovely. Place is a touch run down, doesn’t really know what it wants to be other than a pokies trap. Probably won’t come back as there is better value for money elsewhere.
Was a quiet Sunday evening. Steaks were nice. Service was fast. Different, but very nice mashed potato. Medium rare rib fillet was tasty and tender with a nice mushroom sauce.
They did get our entree wrong and it come back after we had finished our main meals. ‍ Rejected it and had to ask for a refund, no one offered before then. Would have been nice to get a free drink as well. But the mains were delicious. Only reason I gave a 4 star review.
Visited her for a Christmas party that his a private room with a bar. Or bar staff member was friendly and accommodating of our loud fun. Had a great time. I didn't eat the food provided as I have allergies and the gluten free items came on the same treat as regular which is not good. So not necessarily the best place for allergies.
