Our daughter ,who resides in the UK was looking for an investment home here in Brisbane .We recently purchased a property in 17 Mile Rocks and Beau Jones from Centenary R/E looked after all the negotiations with the result being a trouble -stress free sale.

Dear Team ,

I wanted to take the time to thank you for your fantastic customer service!!

I called your office yesterday at 8.30am to report a broken hot water tank.  Within 45 minutes the plumber had called me to arrange to come out at 12pm.  They took a look at the tank and reported back to your office.  One hour later they called me to say that you had received approval from the owner for them to go ahead and replace the tank.  You were back in 5 minutes with the new tank. By 3pm the plumber had installed, the electrician had connected and they were all gone and even got on their hands and knees to clean any mess left on the floor.

The whole process was stress free for me 😊 You definitely have an amazing system for dealing with these type of issues and it is so nice not to be treated like a second class citizen just because I rent. I have heard some terrible stories, but you guys are awesome Real Estate Agents and I always recommend you whenever I can.  The plumbers were also very hardworking and efficient. I would also like to say thanks to the owner for his prompt response.

Last month I had a problem with a leaking toilet.
I reported the problem to Centenary Real Estate Jindalee who arranged for a plumber to come out and have a look.  When I came home from work the toilet was fixed, a big thank you.

However two weeks ago I arrived home late on the Sunday evening to discover that the toilet was again leaking, this time water was pouring from the cistern into the toilet bowl.  I turned off the tap but the water kept pouring into the toilet bowl.  To say that I was worried would be putting it mildly.  I had to flush the toilet every so often to avoid the water level in the bowl increasing.  I sent an email to Centenary Real Estate Jindalee and was very happy to receive an email from Michelle on Monday morning advising that she would arrange for a plumber to come out the same day.

I was delighted to come home from work to no water pouring out the front door but to find that toilet had been fixed.  I sent an email thanking Michelle.

I would like to take this as an opportunity to say that I have been renting a property through Centenary Real Estate Jindalee for seven years and have always received prompt responses to any problems I have had.

The staff is always helpful and friendly and it is a pleasure to come in on a Saturday to pay rent and be greeted with a friendly smile or a ‘hello how are you’.  I have been lucky enough for the past couple of months to have Michelle working when I come in and we always put the world to right and have a few good laughs.

Unfortunately we do not pass on compliments as often as we should so I would like to say that Michelle is an absolute pleasure to know and I look forward to many more years of excellent customer service and having a good laugh on a Saturday.

Well done Centenary Real Estate Jindalee!!!

I bought my house in Riverhills  from Centenary Real Estate. Their office staff were all friendly and informative. Leela was the agent who sold me my house, she took me on private inspections, and made buying my first home a wonderful experience.

do not buy a house through these guys, dishonest underhanded, what can you expect, they sell real estate, a big shout to both leela and beau!!!!! as you have only confirmed this perception.
