I am always apprehensive to book a massage due to the pain I experience when the masseuse works on tight muscles. Today Dale removed that apprehension through his techniques. I felt welcomed and well looked after with Dales knowledge and geniality. I highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend Peter Mills, he is a true gentlemen, his knowledge of acupunture is incredible, thank you for your expertise. Im walking again pain free!

Staff were lovely, Dale was very friendly and easy to talk to. Facilities clean and welcoming. Massage room was a little too bright not conducive to trying to switch off and relax and Dale was very fast with his massage movements. He didn't hurt me at all but he was going way too fast for it to be relaxing.

Fabulous staff right from where you walk in thru to the accupunture table.  Michelle is absolutely amazing at what she does.   I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding work and advice with my son Bailey who has chronic fatigue.   I will be forever grateful.

Lisa does an awesome theraputic massage & is also very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend.
