I got lost getting there and called reception who gave me exact location..the nurse was lovely and was very helpful. When I got in to see the doc, she was informative and precise. I am getting better now. All in all, fantastic, caring staff. Will definitely go back should I require a doctor again....hopefully no time soon

We had a comfortable experience here. Dr Jasveer Bail was very professional and amiable , she provided us comprehensive treatment options and carefully instructed us on a diet plan that is conducive to recovery.

Do not come to this clinic. Words cannot describe how horrible the doctors of this clinic are. They lack a lot of knowledge, not knowing how to perform basic tests and use their equipment. I’ve had to go to different doctors to correct their mistake.  Also very unprofessional and rude. It’s a shame because the nurses and reception staff are very nice and understanding.

I'm very happy with the care and attention that I have received from Doctor Bali. She has been very understanding and professional. The staff has also been very good to deal with.

Dr Bali always gives me all time I need. She listens and then tries to give a treatment which is the most effective; she explains everything thoroughly. We should have more GPs like her.

I would not recommend this practice. I was the only patient in the practice and waited 45 minutes for my toddler's appointment. Dr Bali communicated poorly, answered her mobile during the consultation and offered no insight into symptoms. Dr Bali offered 'medication' for my toddler's symptoms with no background as to what the medication would be treating or what exact medicine it would be. The practice nurse was lovely and the only professional and kind clinician I came across here. I would not recommend attending this practice.

The team here do a fantastic job for a bulk billing clinic! The nurse who served me today is exactly what you could ever hope for, informational but friendly. The doctor was listening, and answering with thought and care and that means a lot to me these days. Clean clinic as well

I have been attending the Centenary Medical Centre CMC for approximately 5 years. Dr Bali has been my treating Doctor during this period.  Dr Bali has always been professional, understanding, knowledgeable, friendly and caring with the way I have been treated.  All CMC staff that I have encountered have also always been professional and friendly the way they approach their tasks. I would not have any hesitation recommending this practice for any medical problems requiring advice or treatment.

The service l recieved today was fantastic. All the staff were very welcoming. I would recommend this practice.

We contacted Centenary Medical Centre to make an appointment for our Fluad Quad vaccination. This was handled very efficiently and an appointment was set for one week later. Lovely reception staff and professional and caring nurse.
