Une fois arrivée, je suis TRÈS MAL ACCUEILLE, mise sur une chaise dans un coin face au mur sans aucun renseignements, elle prend quelqu’un d’autre à ma place sur un créneau qui m’est normalement destiné jusqu’à 15h30. J’attend jusqu’à 15h45 qu’elle me prenne, pendant ce temps aucune indication ne m’est donné. Je suis dans un coin du salon où je ne sais même pas ce qu’elle fait ou si elle va me prendre. Une fois prise, les mèches indiquées ne me vont pas. Trop foncée, sachant qu’avant prestation, malgré la demande elle ne nous envoie pas les mèches pour qu’on s’imagine à quoi cela ressemble.
