Great food, and quick and friendly service. The fish batter was so crispy and tasty. The fish was perfectly cooked. The chips were impossible to stop eating and the Oyster's Kilpatrick were some of the best we had in the whole of our Eyre Peninsula trip! It's well worth the trip out of town to stop at, they even have a nice little dining room around the back if it's too hot for the rooftop dining experience! Yup they've put chairs and tables on the top of the place, and it offers great views of the Ceduna coastline!
Good food, friendly service and many interesting oyster options to try. Was told it was the best seafood in town and wasn't disappointed.
The seafood basket is awesome, fresh and delicious. So does the oyster! The owner is friendly and helpful. Don’t miss it every time you pass by.Recommended dishesOysters on the Half Shell, Seafood Basket
The yummiest fish and chips I’ve ever had. The fisherman’s basket gives a good taste of everything and even the lemons are impressively fresh! The whiting was amazing, but the squid, prawns and oysters were all equally delicious. Better than stopping at the servo across the road!
Wonderful, just wonderful. Excellent fresh oysters and one of the best fish n chips I’ve had. Friendly staff. 10/10
Husband's first try at oysters. With wasabi and ginger. He said they were cold, fresh, ocean tasting, and enjoyed his first try
It was recommended that we go to the COB and was written up as a "go to place in Ceduna". Oysters were OK, battered fish was OK batter was nice but it wasn't the fish, and potato cakes very average. I think that the local fish and chip shop or pub could have served just as good without being a take away. At least I can say "yeah - we did that too"
Got the family basket and it was really nice. Took the salad instead of soft drinks and the owners were more than willing to swap the crab sticks for the prawns instead. Ordered oyster as well however wouldn’t recommend as it tasted really grainy and had a bitter aftertaste. It was disappointing because all the other reviews were raving about the oysters.
Travelled from west to east and stopped for a feed. The lady made us a mixed two dozen and I have to say that they were the best that we have ever tasted. Suffice to say that we ate there again before continuing our journey.
We really enjoyed the oysters. Also had them a different way which we have continued to make our oysters like. Unfortunately we didn't eat in the upstairs dining area as it was very windy and cold.Food: 5/5
