We went there for dinner before heading out to the movies. The venue is great, nice tables great decor...some of the food was fantastic...we tried some of the items off the street food menu. We had the pork belly bites that were very tasty with an Asian feel...great flavors. I had the squid which was very tasty and fresh. We also had the brisket nachos. The nachos were very bland...nThis place has great potential. Initial service was great. They looked really busy and seemed short staffed...
Weekend away with family in wonderful Wairarapa! Dinner at an amazing local @cbkmasterton in Masterton, just WOW! Every plate was crafted with love by the Chef and special shout out to the wonderful hospitality and passionate service which was next level by the lovely FOH couple, Josh and Sarah, that made our dining experience very memorable nnWe were treated to their signature entrees on the house, Chicken bacon poppers, bang bang cauliflower and left it to the very capable hosts to surprise us with their mains, stonegrill special resvere sirloin, nasi goreng and dessert, biscoff cheesecake which were stunning! Beautifully balanced, perfectly cooked, generous portions, amazing textures, and well thought out creations paired with beautiful, local @wairarapa wine nnHighly recommend checking them out for an incredible dining experience next time you're in the Rapa, you will not be disappointed! nn#lovelocal #wairarapaproud
Wow what an experience. We have been to a similar craft beer bar down south and loved it, and this doesn’t disappoint. The manager is full of character and the food was spectacular. There are plenty of tasty beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to keep you hydrated. Pity we aren’t going to be here for St Patrick’s day, it sounds like it will be quite the event. We will definitely be returning each time we visit Masterton
Was nice lemon lime and bitters and great place to stop to dine after a very long drive in the back country. Grateful for the good food and hospitality.
Lovely on a Friday for the special which is steak and slaw. I park my pooch under the table. Staff last night were very welcoming.
