Terrific service - a super friendly and easy to get along with fella' running the desk. He was happy to help direct us over the phone when we got helplessly lost trying to find the office/desk, gave us some great lunch and exploring recommendations, and made the whole transaction an extremely smooth process. Totally recommend CBD Storage if you want to explore Sydney and lose that pesky luggage bag!

Absolutely brilliant service. We needed a place to store baggage after checking out of accommodation and not flying out until that evening. I landed in Sydney early in the morning and couldn't check into my accommodations until late afternoon. This was a great, reasonably priced place to drop my luggage for the day so I could enjoy my day walking around the city without all my bags! The people who work there were very friendly and helped to answer other questions I had. I would definitely recommend to travellers!!
Without a doubt the best storage company I have ever used. During a difficult time in the pandemic the management went above and beyond to get our luggage back to us. Prompt and friendly replies every time and made everything so much easier for us. 100% would recommend to everyone !
Used CBD storage twice in the last two months. Both times I received fast friendly service. Rates are great and the fact you can access your locker 24hrs a day is great. Highly recommend for short term use.
Very clean and well maintained storage facility. I use this place to store my belongings when I am heading off somewhere. It is quite an affordable place to store your items considering it is inside the Sydney CBD. Probably because the place also doubles as a multilevel car park. Elevators are a bit slow to get from one level to the next but I am being a bit nit picky. There is hardly anyone here after business hours and weekends but that's really convenient for me because I like to double park my car to make it easier to move stuff.
