Went in to open an account about to ask at the front counter and was rudely ushered away then a very rude lady came to help us or I thought she was their to help only saying you know we are closing here in a week but you can't open the account today I was disgusted with her behaviour was the way she spoke to me the tone of voice she used very condescing. I said yes I know this branch is closing next week. We ended up walking out disgusted with them.
The team member Cassie was being rude to non English speakers after the other team member directed us to her, she directed us to the atm. Lazy, rude and non understanding workers
Can’t say anything nice about the place to be honest. The wife had her account emptied by scammers/hackers. Bank froze our account, didn’t give us our money back and won’t let us have another account with them! Punish the victims why don’t you guys!
It's our local bank and we have been with them for YEARS great staff looking after all our banking needs
Excellent service, staff are very friendly and every visit we have made for personal or business needs has always been a pleasant experience!
everyone is standing around but not see customber and there is only 2 of us in the bank
That's why I'm still waiting here around 1hr The business times not good
