If you are going to close for an hour over lunch, it might be nice to advise this on your website. It is quite frustrating not being able to visit the branch after work as you close at 4 only to find you closed when I visit on my lunch break as well.
The Staff here are very helpful and lovely to deal with. Unfortunately those faceless people who they want you to Deal with over the phone and on the net Are Completely INCOMPETENT. YOU HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER NOTE THE ABOVE. AS YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT ONE. MAYBE EMPLOY SOME OF YOUR BRANCH STAFF TO HEAD UP YOUR COMPANYS HEAD OFFICE. I'LL STICK WITH Bendigo bank. Much better experience.
It is sad that Comm bank was a big funder of the fossil fuel industry in Australia 2016. They need to get with the strength and not support the old para-dime of dirty coal. I have a loan with them and will soon switch banks if they don't switch policy. Luke
I wonder how long it will before the branch closes.
I'm really disappointed that Commbank was the biggest funder of fossil fuels in Australia in 2016. If CommBank really cares about Australia's future then they should stop funding dirty coal now.
