I went in to open a new business account and was served by Francesca. She was extremely professional and had great customer service. She was very helpful and informative on all the documents I needed to submit to make sure the accounts were set up properly. She made the whole experience easy and pain free
Very bad customer services...if there were 0 star I would put on instead. All the good staff a few years ago are gone.
You close local branches and force customers to use a weekend main shopping centre branch open limited hours but when you get there what good is it when you don't have tellers on. Its like trying to drive my car without fuel in the tank...absolutely useless. Have you forgotten...it's our money.!!
One of the worst branches I’ve encountered with as business customer with commonwealth bank, Their services are terrible and would never recommend going to this branch. Unless they update their staff or get some service training.
Awful service Waiting for more than 40 minutes to request for the new card because they failed to send a new card before expiry date. Lady in the entrance said have a seat you will be called asap. 40 minutes passed since then, she forgot to put my name in the list.
I had 2 accountants advise me how to transfer ownership of a company accounts. Comm bank told me "no that's wrong we do it this way" 6 months later still chasing funds lost by commbank. They refuse to help. The only solution they offer is I contact all my customers and ask them to launch an investigation into lost funds within commbank. All other banks helped me immediately and returned my funds strait away. The greeter was lovely tho. The bank manager was rude and abrupt.
Very bad customer service. The manager name Georgia is very rude and disgusting lady. My sister being forced to deposit cash at ATM and was short $600 of what she got. Seem like they set the machine up to ripped the customer off. No wonder they standing at the front forcing all customers to use ATM instead of walk through to the teller.
What disgraceful service. My mother went in today to ask for her account balance and in return was interrogated and asked to explain what she wanted to do “with her” money. Lucky I wasn’t there I would’ve shoved the tellers cpu where the sun don’t shine.
Great service today! A lovely lady asked for our given names wife and I, which were plugged into a tablet. We were then escorted briefly to a sitting area, and within 1 minutes asked into an office with a polite and knowledgable male member of staff so sorry I forgot to write down his name. We opened a new savings account and were also assisted with address and email changes in other accounts and loan facilities that we have with the CBA. Today's experience exceeded our service expectations and gives us faith in the CBA generally. Thanks. I should add that we had been exercising and were in old sports gear and grungy caps. I can't imagine we received this great service because of how we presented at the front door i.e. no suits and ties!
Spoke with Daniel today. Very helpful with answering our questions and reassuring us about our mortgage.
