Make sure you call in advance as this branch does not list its hour long lunch break online. Travelled a long distance to attend in person and only had a short window to sort out the issue. Very disappointed.

I like this Kilmore branch,  the staff are friendly and efficient. Always smiles. I have been coming here for around 8mnths now with a person I care for and he enjoys the old fashioned, country energy of the bank and polite, well mannered tellers  Indoor taller machines 24 hour access. Natalie Welch is a hardworking, genuine and lovely person to deal with. She helped us get our home loan and has even followed up with us well after the loan was approved and settled. Would certainly recommend talking with her if you are looking for a home loan.

This is the worst commonwealth bank i have ever seen in Australia. They have shortage of staff. Only one staff is serving the long-queue customers. Some other staff are rather talking to the customers happily than openning a new window to help the customers. Not good!

Do not think that you can use this branch in their open hours because they are closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm!!!!!

Rude staff. Doggy banking practices outright illegal closed all my accounts and went with nab cause of there incompetent and rude staff
