I gave this com bank 1 star because they are another bank closing its doors. I find this shameful and no way to treat customers. Many are elderly customers that are now without a branch. I would recommend changing to the Bendigo bank across the road from this com bank branch. I also found the com bank unwavering and have let me down many times in the past. If I could give this branch no stars I would. This does not reflect on the staff. I found the staff kind and helpful as they can with the policies the have to work with.

No good.. went in to close an account, literally that was all… it’s still open to this day. Also impossible to get hold of

This was my bank growing up. The staff build great customer relations and are super friendly.
