This is a no star experience. The staff are struggling with high demand and not enough people. There are poor amenities, the facility is poor. After a 2hr wait and being told they would e-mail me the correct links to gain access, I was left having to restart the process the next working day. The service is designed to be poor and the staff on the floor cannot help. The customer is not valued and cannot get help when help is needed.
I went to open a new account today and had the worst experience. I was thinking Comm Bank was good towards its customers but the staff rushed.. it just seemed like they wanted to get it done, they were rushing so much, I dont think theyve opened my account properly cause I still haven't heard anything from the bank.. this was a waste of my time
Worst bank ever! Been there to try to set up my account, waited 40 minutes but the staff seems like they don't know what they are doing! I end up going home dissapointed. Until now I dont have my account running! Will never bank with you again!
Worst experience ever. Can’t believe that I went to bank . Went to open an account , they cant even open an account and tell me to come another day saying problem with the system. I went another day , still got same answer and staff trying to ask one another what to do and cant fix that second day too. Went third day , and they told me to wait at least for 40 min. I dnt even know if my problem gonna be fix that day again so i am returning now.
NO UNIFORM PROTOCOLS I came in on a Thursday afternoon 28th of July and specifically told the front help assistant that I want to exchange my USD to AUD. He told me that there’s a 2hrs wait and I can come back another day. I ask him if I can do it on Saturday, he said I can visit the branch they are open 10-2. Come Saturday I went in and a different help assistant talk to me and said they cannot do the transaction because there is no teller. I told him I have exchanged money in the same branch before and I don’t need to talk to teller first but with one of the staff. He said 45 minutes wait if I want to talk to a staff. It’s just annoying that they will say different things. I am prepared to wait long but to say they cannot assist me when another person says they can confuses me. So just be clear with your protocols with such inquiry.
Worst experience ever. Make an appointment at 9:30am, Been waiting for 1 hours and have been told from one of the guy from the reception who is very rude and racism said that our appointment means nothing, walk-in will be assist first, we have to wait until all the walk-in finished. Can't understand why the appointment is meaningless. end up waiting for near 2.5 hours to get an assist from my appointment time 9:30am.
Hire more people if you are not able to give a normal client service ! Impossible to get someone on call, impossible to get an answer by message or to see someone. Pitiful
Worst experience ever I had..never need any service from Darwin branch
Worst bank experience I have gone through in my entire life. I have been with COM for 7 years and the customer service is appalling. I usually go to the Casuarina branch but was told to go to the City or Palmerston branch since they didn't have the "special printing paper" for my transaction. It was my first time to go to the City branch and the whole experience was horrible. I was there since 9:30am. I had to wait in the teller line for 20 minutes only to be told to sit down and wait another 45 minutes before I was actually attended. After HALF my transaction was completed, I was given permission from the TELLER PREVIOUSLY to jump the queue WITH THE OTHER STAFF WHO ASSISTED ME and she would serve me. Mind you this was 11am by now. I was then verbally abused by a rude customer from behind and the teller did not do much to defend me. The only consolidation I got was an apology and a that the lady who VERBALLY ABUSED ME would be pulled aside for a talk the next time she comes into the branch. There's a sign in front of the tellers talking about any type of abuse towards the staff is unacceptable but what about the customers?? I am ready to change banks!
Absolutely shocking service. If you wish to save yourself a horrible experience do not visit this place.
