I am writing to let you know your staff member MR Cleo Fernandez at Winston Hills Branch, was amazing in helping me in clarifying issues I had with my account. He helped me resolve some of my concerns and he was very patient and helpful throughout the time I spent in his office. He is an asset to your bank.
Best banking experience ever ! After losing 10 days because of second rate on line experience I spoke with Janet and Cleo at the Winston Hills branch. They resolved the problem while I waited with great professionalism and customer service. They could not have been any better. CommBank is lucky to have such dedicated staff.
We received excellent service by Cleo, we needed some minor things sorted but left with a lot more. He exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended him.

Very kind, helpful lady served me this morning at the Winston Hills Branch. Her skills were excellent, her explanations excellent, her patience excellent. The people behind me, who were waiting a while, were also very patient. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it was a Monday morning and the branch needed more people serving. However, I understand that there were probably reasons behind this, like staff needing to isolate due to COVID. Thanks for your help!
Horrible experience. Always understaffed. Literally wait 15-20min and queue of 2 people in front of me. Second counter is just for show. The staff are helpful when attending to us just the whole 'customer service aspect does not cover fast and efficient service.' Wish had another bank nearby. Willing to change banks.
They were very friendly, a bit slow and there was a system error so needed to wait a while til they could try again, but their customer service is really good and they were so nice so it made up for it
Always short staffed and unable to assist. Doing a simple change order for a business in the same shopping mall has so many red tapes involved. My managers have to send email before change order over $1000 as advised by one employee, and then another employee says we don't do that. Broken processes. I filled special form given by employee to authorise my managers to do change orders however another employee says we don't have this authorisation on the system. Winston Hills pick up your game and know how small businesses like us are crucial. ANZ next door was much more business friendly and without issues. Each staff made an effort to know us as we were in the same mall. Unfortunately ANZ branch had to close so we took business to Commonwealth. Now we will move to ANZ seven Hills. If this is sorted then no problem. Change orders are crucial to running SME businesses, please let your staff know the significance
Went there for enquiring about credit card, the bank was all empty and no customers but there were two girl staff even after noticing I am waiting they were busy on their own little chatting and one staff from teller finally welcomed me and redirected me to one of the staff who were busy chatting and even after I walked to them they were still continuing with their chatting. I never ever had such a terrible experience in any of the commonwealth bank on entire Australia. No wonder why they have one star. Before training for job these girls should have been taught about manners first.
If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. I have had multiple bad experiences here, always with the common theme of rude and/or unhelpful staff. There seems to be no communication amongst the branch staff, with different staff following different policies. I have asked repeatedly for the Area Manager to call me about serious issues with a business, with no communication after eight working days. This is absolutely unacceptable.
