Dealt with Cleo Fernandez opening a bank account, he was awesome! Very friendly and courteous. Recommend him. Also Donna who helped with the ATM, was also great! Super nice
Cindy is a star of this branch. She exactly knows what a customer is after. I wasn’t required to wait in the queue for 1.5 hrs because of her. CBA should have more staff like her. Very professional, polite and helpful.
First impressions count. Pathetic and bias/discriminatory service with a focus on only helping Tagalog customers and no one else! I came in today Thursday at about 10am with the intent of obtaining overseas travel cards for an upcoming trip. The queue for the tellers lead up until outside the bank , i.e. very long. The 2nd queue for non teller related matters had only 1 or 2 people waiting. All staff members in the standing/seated area were of Tagalog heritage and so where the customers. I could hear Tagalog being spoken. When I was my turn, the Tagalog staff member told me to wait in the large line for the tellers to process my overseas travel card application! I then exit the store and drive to another branch and my overseas travel cards get processed in 2 minutes not at the teller!
Can not thank enough for the service we received today in the Blacktown branch. Both Cyndy and Noor were absolutely amazing their patience and expertise are second to none! Thankyou for helping us with our banking needs. Highly recommend them and all the staff
Very very poor service from a lady at entrance on Saturday 18/03/23 at 12pm. They Close at 2pm on Saturday but stoped serving some customers by 12pm. I specially came to Blacktown for urgent work regarding my business account. Trimble service by the lady at front. She’s accepting some customers but returned me. I don’t why she’s pick n choosing some customers. I’m commbank customers for for over 10 years I guess it’s time to switch now. Thanks for reading if you did…

Super amazing staff - huge shoutout to Leila! We got here on a Saturday morning, and it seemed so mad busy but Leila did such an exceptional job handling the queue. Unfortunately for us, the door to the section of the bank that allows for handling for bank cheques was stuck. Despite the mad rush, Leila kept her calm, coordinated with security and sorted it all out. She was super friendly and amazing all throughout. We were served by Ajaya and she was super awesome too! Thanks Leila, and the team at Blacktown CBA!
