As soon as I find a time when the Atherton branch is open I will close my account. Over poor service and long wait times. Nearly 10am and not open.

Never open when you need to go into the branch. Poor service.

Absolutely atrocious service.  Waited 20min for front desk assistance not a soul in sight. Ridiculous. Lift your game. Had to give 1 star or couldn't leave feedback. Not worth 1 star. Ended up leaving not one person offering service.

Haven't stepped foot in the bank for months now due to the opening and closing hours change.

Very helpful staff.
