Story

Our aim is to provide the community of Ballarat with a safe friendly and healthy environment to have fun whilst training with the main emphasis on Boxing for Fitness. Strength & Conditioning and Strongman is also a another large component of gym. Our aim is to ensure our cleints will improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibilty, power and agility. We have a kids friendly area and run a variety of classes to suit everyones needs - our yougest client is 8 and oldest 72 - all ages are welcome. Book a private, bring some friends or jump into a class - you are welcome at CB Fitness.

"CB Training provides Operator and Instructor Training on a wide variety of Forklift Trucks. CB Training also provide Accredited First Aid Training Courses, Fire Warden and Fire Marshal Courses, Abrasive wheels training, Mobile elevated working platform training such as Scissor Lifts and Cherry Pickers, Gantry Crane Training Courses, Driver CPC periodic training, vehicle banksman, hi-ab training, Manual Handling, LLOP and PPT courses. All registered and Accredited to National Approved Standards. Located in Corby Northamptonshire we offer training at our Approved Training Centre and on customer sites throughout Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Cambridge, Luton, London, Milton keynes, Coventry, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
