Wish there was a zero rating available. They took my money but my mother never received her flowers. Have been emailing back and forth but no sign of the flowers and no sign of if a refund. Very disappointing. Either a very poorly run florist or a scam company.

Do not use this florist, they will rip you off. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to a friend in Melbourne. The flowers were never delivered. This florist lied and said they had been left on the step as no-one was in. The person I sent the flowers too is ill and was in all day. After having several phone calls ignored, a family member went to enquire why the flowers hadn't been sent. The florist claimed that as the flowers were ordered using a uk credit card on line, I should have paid more. None of this was mentioned on their website. The flowers were sent from and delivered to an address in Melbourne, why should the credit card make a difference?! We were then forced to pay an additional $20 to get the flowers delivered. When they arrived they were worth at most $15. We paid $80 in total. Complete rip off. This florist is not to be trusted, avoid at all costs
