Catalyst Eatery

I hate to write bad reviews but sadly the service at Catalyst Eatery has gone down hill. Waited 40mins for my order and in the end I had to go up to the counter and ask for it after watching people who ordered long after me get their orders. Apparently my order slip was never printed and the kitchen staff said they were having issues with their printer. It’s a shame cos this has always been my go to place for lunch. The chap at the counter was very apologetic And offered me a complimentary brownie to apologise. Several other customers told me they had to chase their orders as well. Hopefully this is just a one off bad day :

Great staff. Extra service with salad with muffin. Easily enough for lunch with wide varity of flavors Waitress came over with knife and fork with napkin. Great coffee and interesting decor around chemistry to fit the name. Located in middle of large shops.

Hands down best espresso I had so far. So good I got the second one right after I finished the first one. Foood is great as well and service with a smile. Can't ask for more, really. Top notch

I love the theme of Catalyst Eatery. They have just opened, so the staff is still learning - but I think they have done an awesome job so far. Good selection of food and drinks. Some interesting and unique items as well.

Food good, service terrible, maybe get the staff to go a little faster. No one seemed to be worried about all the people waiting..

Overpriced for two fried eggs on toast that are over cooked and disgusting sent it back to get the same thing could be bothered trying for a third time so I left service was average

Love having brunch here. The food is amazing and coffee is on point!

Much better than last visit it was noisy and I could not hear. yesterday bacon an egg pie was yummy as was the coffee. Much quieter. Food and coffee is always nice and staff are fantastic

1:30 pm and only serving food from cabinet, yet had sign out selling steak sandwich and chips. Wouldn't have been hard to remove sign. Had a pizza bread topped with sundried tomatoes and cheese and it was very nice. Taking outside umbrellas down must have been closing but still plenty of customers around.
