John H Castran Pty Ltd is a boutique Real Estate Agency that specialises in project marketing, multiple sub divisional allotment sales, multiple large portfolio auctions, lifestyle projects in both the Alpine and Coastal areas.

The company is headed by John Castran a Melbourne based Licensed Estate Agent, Registered Specialist Valuer and Auctioneer with over 35 years’ experience in the industry. He is widely considered a most successful real estate agent, analyser, valuer and auctioneer and is known for running a tight ship and training his staff on the ‘why’ principle to get the work done.

John aligns his staff and customers not on ‘what’ and ‘how’ but the powerful ‘why’ are we doing this type of business. We are doing this business to buy, sell, invest or rent a business or lifestyle that is going to improve our customer’s lives. John combines the functional with the emotional so his employees focus on not only the big picture, but on the little things that ensure a great experience when dealing with Castran.

To list a few of Castran's recent projects are as followed:
• 89 Auctions on behalf of Ernst & Young of the assets of GSI at Metung and Paynesville. We conducted 89 Auctions on the day and had a 100% success rate.
• We conducted a similar campaign of 79 vacant allotments in Drouin and Warragul – 100% success rate on the day.
• 25 Allotments in Lysterfield. We auctioned 25 allotments on the one day with a 100% success rate.
• 32 Apartments on behalf of Reno Grollo at Mount Buller. We had a 100% Success Rate one day of Auction.
