What a pleasure! Booked my Pajero Sport in for a service at Castlemaine Mitsubishi - the entire process was simple and painless from the initial contact via their website, the followup call to confirm what time suited me best on the day that I'd asked for, and finally the service itself. Vast improvement over my experience with another Mitsubishi dealership in Melbourne's inner north. They've won a customer! Definitely 5 stars!
Although I haven't received my car yet due to waiting for part, Stuart delivered outstanding service. He was very helpful, making sure every steps as smooth as possible. I will definitely recommend Castlemaine Mitsubishi and Stuart to friends and family.

I rather complain when things are wrong, and do nothing when things are as you expect them to be. Back in April I found a used Subaru Outback advertised by CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI. Called and the GM, Kyal Tripodi, answered, gave me all the details and offered to bring the car down to Melbourne on the weekend. To cut a long story short, I bought the car. The customer service and attention to detail were second to none, the handling of the documentation and pick-up in Castlemaine a breeze. I can only say thank you for a great deal and outstanding service to the team of CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI, in particular Kyal Tripodi and Gene Matheson and close this review with a recommendation: you won't be disappointed dealing with CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI!
Fantastic service, especially by Bernadette on the service desk. They don't do unnecessary work on your car, and are very open and honest about costs, etc. Always willing to help and care about customer service. Will happily return for all my services!
Could not be more impressed with the service and car of Castlemaine Mitsubishi. Went out of their way to get my car serviced on time. Genuine car and delivered on everything thing they said. Actually cost of service less than original estimates.
