I dealt with staff from two different sections with regards to transmission of title and sale of a house and the whole process was handled wonderfully well and efficiently by the team. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they made everything much less stressful! They were also much cheaper than some of their competitors. I highly recommend them.

The other old review appears to relate to the former entity (now based in Hervey Bay) of this business. I personally found the fees of the current business to be exceptionally reasonable as was the quality of advice. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry, yes you are a business and in saying so you are part of the service industry and not immune from negative feedback. Your industry is renown for over charging and rudeness. This doesn't apply to all but in this case your business upholds both of these attributes.
