Had my wisdom teeth surgery here. Staff were extremely kind, patient and caring. Staff were knowledgable and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Administration was very easy and they answered any questions I had. Hospital was easy to find, and very easy to park at. Parking was free - this was an added bonus. I would choose to come back to this hospital if I needed to get a surgery again.
I had a foot operation on 26/9/2023 and had a very positive experience. From the completing paperwork at reception to discharge the next morning - the admin, kitchen staff, AINs, nurses, allied health team and drs were all so kind and professional throughout. The hospital is clean and has a therapeutic environment that I managed to sleep overnight.
Had a foot operation here this week and was looked after so well by all the doctors, nursing team and ward attendants. The facilities were very clean and the whole experience very smooth. Not all private hospitals are as well setup as this, which is why many top surgeons choose to operate here. Highly recommend if you ever need.
I recently was admitted here for a couple days for surgery . Most of staff were great. Nurses Wonja and Sue were exceptional !! They provided great patient care, Sue and Wonja need to be commended for their work. Thanks so much keep up great patient care .
Exceptional service. The nurses , doctors and physician were so helpful throughout my surgery and post-op stay. Great attention to detail. Hospital visits are never pleasant but some are more so than others and this was my most pleasant experience yet.
I had last minute knee surgery here. Admin was a little slow and could have put some more effort in on keeping me informed about the wait. Other than that, everybody was fantastic. All staff are really caring and doing everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and pain free as possible. The nurses were so kind an helpful and nothing was too much, even though they were very busy. Dr Stephens did a great job to get me booked in so quickly and was fabulous in explaining everything and keeping me informed. So even though surgery is never pleasant, all in all I had a great experience.
I was only in for day surgery and it was my first experience with being admitted into hospital. Everything went smoothly and was taken care of. The nurses were friendly and thorough in their paperwork. My time was very comfortable and I was kept very warm the whole time as I kept getting rugged up in warm blankets. A great experience that took away my anxiety on the day. Thank you!
I never forget my memories at this hospital. Nurses are great and caring. I stayed two nights and my room also had perfect view. The food menu was also very exciting and tasty. Usually thinking about surgery and staying at hospital shouldn’t be a pleasant experience but to me, my surgeon, his team including the nurses and the hospital location followed by perfect delicious meals created unforgettable experience for me. Had a procedure which required overnight monitoring, and I must say I was in good hands. The nurses were very attentive and easy to get along with, the food was a lot better than expected and everyone had a good vibe. 10/10 would come again.
Had septoplasty and bi-lateral turbinoplasties yesterday with Dr. Jason Roth. The entire experience here was as pleasant as can be for the first time I've ever had surgery. Reception, nurses, ENT specialist, pharmacist, Anaesthetist, everyone was really comforting and helpful as they understood how nervous I would be first time going under. The room was nice and quiet and clean, no typical hospital machine beeping sounds, definitely helped with recovery. Special thanks to the nurses sorry probably spelling names wrong Sooce and Wonja, thanks to Michael/Mike assisting with the Anaesthetist, Dr Andrea Santoro, Dr Jason Roth and the nurses in recovery can't remember their names as I was coming out of it. I hope I wasn't too much of a hassle : Honestly would recommend this private hospital and all persons involved to anyone. P.S. fresh sandwiches and home baked muffin was delicious! Thank you again!
