I can't believe I've always missed the Heritage Park, but I suppose it is tucked away somewhat. I happened upon it on one of my rides and knew my girls would love it, I headed home and got them for a little adventure. Sure enough, they loved the playground zip line is always an easy win, and the path around the park was really interesting with all the facts about the Park's origins. I was just as interested as my little girls. It's great how there are ample shaded picnic tables, and even a shaded slippery-dip those metallic slippery-dips can get really hot in the sun. I think next time I'll bring lunch and some more drink so we can do more walking Playground: Modern playground - probably best suited to smaller kids Restrooms: Restrooms were clean and well-maintained Dog-friendliness: Definitely dog-friendly...had a few getting around the park today Picnic area: Whole bunch of picnic tables, and ample grass if you want to just sit, including some shaded areas
Available ammenities - Car parking Toilets Swings for kids Dogs allowed with leash Beautiful view and Walk/ running trek It’s a beautiful looked and must go. You can take blankets or chair to enjoy your own time away from kids’ swings. There is a long and beautiful trek for walking. View from the top is great.
Beautiful park with ample walk-in tracks and kids playing park. Have been there for a birthday party too! And this is our regular one to visit!
A beautiful big parkland carved out with very tall trees and big hills. Huge open greenfields and a new playground for the kids. Some big Huts and plenty of barbecue spots. Only downside was the parking. EXTREMELY BUSY But very happy to discover this beautiful place, It has a very pleasant atmosphere, everyone was out picnicking and catching up with family and friends. Thoroughly enjoyed walking around the whole park with the family 2 prams also no problem
Great place for a quick walk with amazingly maintained playgrounds and dog park. Can see a lot of kids play in basketball court, closed cricket practice course, tennis, running track and so on. Good place to spend your evening in a calm and serene manner. Dog-friendliness: Great place for dog walks and plays. Picnic area: Have a few seating area where you can have food.
Beautiful place to explore. It has a great play area for kids. The only issue is with walking trails which are not suitable for pram and wheelchair.
We visit this park often. It has a great play area for children which is shady & is well maintained. There are bench seats with cover, & free BBQs. There is a lot of open space & paved walk-ways through the park. There is a marked parking area and clean toilet & water facilities. It is lovely & quiet, with great views from the top of one of the many steep walking paths. Dogs must be on a lead.
A beautiful park to take your kids for a fun. It has plenty of parking. Also has a nice play area for kids with swings etc. you can also have a picnic with your friends and family and even celebrate birthdays of your kids.
On a good day it's an ideal place for a day out with family and friends. Children play area and water and clean toilets easily accessible. Plenty of parking for over 50 cars
I love Castle Hill Heritage Park and it's a great quiet place to explore, got great bathrooms and also play equipment for kids. Top spot and shall be back!!
