Could not fault anything about this place.nFrom the moment we arrived, the service was amazing.nThe food was delicious, everything clean and tidy.nnHave enjoyed lunch there again on the way through. Didn't disappoint.
Went here for lunch. What a pleasant surprise the food was excellent,the service excellent and the staff was friendly. Access was really good for the walking challenged and the toilets clean. The food was a little more expensive than you would have expected but the quality and quantity was as well. Parking is fun as any parking in a busy shopping district. But overall very good
Not very happy with our recent visit. Long waits on drinks, had to request our table to be clean to make room for cake, meanwhile 6 staff members standing behind the counter having a chat. I also paid $65 for 4x Jugs of Juice!!! No one told me that kids get a free drink with their meal. I felt absolutely ripped off! When I requested to speak to the Manager the bar staff were rude and bickering about me which is very unprofessional.
Very disappointed. From the time we arrived to the time we left, things didn’t improve. We waited at the sign that said wait here to be seated. Eventually we had to just walk in and asked if we could have a table. It wasn’t busy at the time. He told us he would get us some menus and he didn’t return. We had to ask another staff member for them. The table was wobbly and we tried to fit it by putting something under the base but it didn’t solve it. Went and ordered drinks. I was told my Kailua and Milk would be brought to my table. The barman then went on to serve numerous others before eventually going only a short distance away to get the milk for my drink. Something that should have been done at the time I ordered it. Ordered lunch. The chicken snitzel was like cardboard. So overcooked. The massive chips were not nice and the salad was so bland. The blue ordered steak came out medium rare however my husband said it had a nice flavour. What a shame this renovated place that looks great, is let down by the food, service and a dodgy table.
Great dinner and lovely staff! Good for kids and all ages :
