Dr. Phil and his team are amazing - experienced, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Their love for veterinary medicine and great relationships with both, clients and colleagues, really come to light with every case they take on, may it be with small or large animals. Couldn't recommend them more! Thank you for helping me out when noone else would!
We've brought our dog here on numerous occasions, she was going to give me an appointment, until I told her we were moving to QLD. Then tells me they have no appointments today tomorrow or any other day. Always thought highly of this vet ..I don't recommend. She was so rude ,said there's another vet in town or lismore. Thank goodness to this lovely other vet in town.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would never rate this vet, or recommend them to anyone else. I rang the vet on call to get help with my female in destress during labour. His excuse was "she's not a client and I've just done a 16hr shift I'm not coming in for that." He didn't ask what the complications were, or offer to give me advice on how to help her. He was just simply tired and couldn't be bothered, then hung up on me. This is very poor for a vet to not offer his services or even his opinion over the phone. Honestly don't know why there a vet if they are not willing to help an owner with their animal. Doesn't set a very good name for what vets stand for! I was just lucky enough that another vet was willing to talk to me over the phone and help, despite the time and how tired they were.
The vets here provide efficient care. When my cat urinated in his carrier on the way here for dental care, Ed kindly cleaned him up and trimmed his claws for no extra charge. They also don't charge you extra to administer worm and tick treatments; you only pay for the medication cost not sure about other species, but this was the case for my cat. I was a little slighted today when I entered the clinic but the receptionist greeted the customers behind me first. Small hiccup, otherwise have had no major issues.
I would never recommend this vet they were extremely rude my beautiful baby was almost lifeless in my arms blood coming from her mouth on there floor the first thing they asked me if i was a member of there vet . I was not and they turned me away because I was not a regular or it was to late in the afternoon and told me to see the vet around the corner the .central vet clinic Elizabeth was truly amazing a real professional woman with care and empathy and treated my beautiful baby girl with immediate respons highly recommend. Do not go to this vet ever they do not care about your beloved family member . I really think you should change your ways if you are truly a vet and love animal you do anything to save or help them.
Why have an after hours number if the person answering does not give a **** after explaining the emergency and tells you to call back tomorrow? Rude dude, just don't answer the phone if you dont want to deal with sick animals or change your profession
If you love your animals and want the best care for them keep far away from this clinic. Management is absolutely rude to say the least and shows no care for you and especially your beloved companion. If you want a vet who cares visit Keen Street vet Lismore.
