It seems like a decent place to shop for second-hand items, despite some negative reviews. Perhaps there are various factors contributing to those reviews, but in my experience, I didn't encounter any issues.
Look im not one to go into these places and I have knowledge of how much cash they put on things its a Extremely high mark up ... all stores like these pray on the people that have minimal cash and you hock things in to buy it back at triple the price or if u buying something be aware you most often will find a cheaper newer if not brand new item else where brand new not second hand . These types of places is the place you go in desperate needs and ilook down upon business that pray on the financially struggling people that can't get cheap bank loans at low interest going to places like this will normally trap u into a on going loop of financial hardship... however you can find interesting items that from desperate people hock n get put up for sale if you do no what your looking for and they haven't worked out the true value u can get a bargain but if the past experience has anything to go buy then ... stay away mate if this review helped you smash the thumbs up and follow me for more reviews...

WILL NOT BE BACK, the way I was belittled infront of my child, My husband discriminated against, and the fact they have now attacked my character, DISCUSTING. ALL FOR THEM TO REFUND THE ITEM IN THE END. I LEFT THE STORE SHAKING, ANXIETY STRIKEN AND TO TOP THAT OFF IM PREGNANT. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED.
This is not a store, the google listing needs to be clear that this is only a desk where people request loans and sell things.
Took a brand new iPhone 13 still in box never used to sell was offered $300 and given a story that that they no longer sell because I phone 14 was out took the same phone to another shop not cashies and was given $780 without hesitation so if you don't want to be ripped off go elsewhere and they probably should be reported for de frauding people
The store is not a full retail one like those found at Beenleigh and Mt Gravatt. That being said it was a very easy place to find, clean but not sterile with a polite yet hands off staff who know when to let you browse and leave you to your decision making process. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael who was quite knowledgeable, exceptionally polite and friendly.
Great atmosphere! Thoroughly enjoyed skulking around in my trench coat without turning heads as I perused the locally sourced hardware and car parts. The staff are really friendly and ask very few questions, which suites me just fine . Good location, very close to local homes and businesses with loose security and unobservant neighbors.
I took a two day old tool that cost me $800 from total tools only a week ago. Just for a loan of $200 until my invoice was paid they offered me $150. And said they sell these exact tool for 300 anywhere else. HAHAHA your kidding yourself. I asked which shop sells them for $300 second hand? He had no answers. Prey on the hard done by trying to get by. Your no better than the pollies that Ruin this country. And to add its going to cost me 200+ to get it out. Interest rates a disgrace. And the people who they take goods off, don't look anything shy of criminals. No checks are done. So anyone looking for stolen goods check here. As they are thiefs themselfs
This place is great , good variety and prices are reasonable, staff are very helpful and always friendly and attentive. I have a compressor on lay-by nearly paid off and got it at a great price , over $200 cheaper than new and it's in great condition , I wouldn't hesitate to recommend shopping there .
