My first time at Cash Converters either here or in Australia I'm Aussie. A very pleasant experience. I wanted to sell a surplus Dive Watch and found ? Jake? to be very knowledgeable about watches and very pleasant to deal with - as were the other two staff members I talked to. I think he gave me a good price and I never felt that he was trying to offer a ridiculous price. Next time I have a Seamaster Professional to dispose of I should be so lucky I will come back to Salisbury. Highly recommended- give them a try. Thank you Cash Converters.
My first time in Cash Converters and what a pleasant surprise. The staff - especially Jake were very helpful and friendly and I never had the feeling that they were out to give me as little as possible for my Seamaster Professional I wish. All the documentation was done quickly and painlessly and Jake and I had a very interesting conversation about watches he is a horophile I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.
I used these guys and they were very fair and kind. I would definitely use them again. Their customer service is second to none. Great service and very friendly. I will certainly have have a coffee, or something stronger, lol, in the future.
bought a Apple watch as birthday present and when i got it home to give to my fiance we tried to pair it and it had a activation lock on it. Very rookie mistake to not get them to unpair it from the previous owners Apple ID. Will take it back for a refund. not good first impressions

Many times I have used Cash Converters for a crutch. I have sold many guitars which they've always paid above book price and bought guitars which they've sold me below book price. but what shocks me the most is there honesty. I walked in today with one of my old watches which I wanted £20 for Richard looked me in the eye and said this worth at least £85. The point that I'm making is that you don't see to many pawn brokers so honest. I have always been treated with respect everytime I've walked into the shop through the ups and downs of my life. I give Richard full credit for the way that he trains his staff. I believe Salisbury Cash Converters is not just a business but more a family concern. Thanks again for helping me through my ups and downs. I would also like to say thank you for supporting local charities because it does make a difference.
