Good͏ experience One of the things we loved most about James is his transparency. Straight away he made us feel confident that he had our back. He worked really hard for us behind the scenes in a complicated situation and came through. He made the whole experience easy. Which is what we needed as we are way too busy  to be dealing with any drama.... he had it all in hand and indeed had our back. He definitely gained our trust.

An͏ easy process for us - each step was well managed and communicated!  We engaged James as our agent as we had heard about his many successes selling properties like ours. We had regular updates from him regarding buyer enquiries and the momentum of the market. The videography for our advertising was simply outstanding; so many of our friends commented on how impressed they were with the way the video made our place appear very estate-like, and was pitched as a magical place to come home to.  James goes above and beyond for his clients. His market reach to engage with potential buyers is astounding - he seems to have buyers on speed-dial! The entire team at Ray White are a tight group. They take care of you, they listen to your circumstances and work hard to meet your expected outcomes.  We had multiple offers and sold our 10-acre property in 17 days! We͏ found James to be highly personable, knowledgeable, professional and genuine. During our journey of trying to purchase our new dream house we crossed paths with James on a regular basis at his open homes. One particular house we were very keen on and frequented the open homes on a regular basis prior to the auction. We were unfortunately unsuccessful at the auction and James seemed to be genuinely disappointed for us. Upon meeting up with him at another open home, he advised us he was on a mission to get us into a house. Sure enough a house came up that he knew we would love. He got in touch with us and yes it was the house we were looking for. This time we were able to purchase the house. During the settlement period  James worked tirelessly with all parties to ensure it all went as smoothly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with James, he will be the first person we call for any future realestate dealings.

What was initially a positive experience soon became a nightmare. We bought a property up here from a far and were consistently lied to by the agent. After escalating it to management we were met with accusations of defamation. Not one person from Ray White has said sorry for the horrible experience we have had which is the saddest part. They are more interested in a slanging match than being accountable or empathetic. I wouldn’t use them again, the previously positive experience fast becomes unnecessarily nasty and stressful faster than you can cut a commission cheque. Pretty sad stuff.

Above͏ and beyond! Cara͏ and brad were absolutely amazing to deal with - transparent , honest, supportive. They made the whole process seamless and most importantly managed to land is the price we wanted on auction day in a tough market. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the bream team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

We are very glad to have had Cara and Brad as our agents. We had our property sold in two weeks that giving the current market, it is an absolute record at the price we were expecting to sell. This made our move to Aussie much easier and less stressful, giving us the opportunity to buy our dream home  a month after our sale. Cara and Brad also helped with the last thing left after our move and they also met the buyer requests to finalise the sale. Cara was very helpful before the open homes to maximise house presentation, moving things around and emphasising the good things that the house could offer. I would use them again.
