Nursing staff are fantastic, make you feel like a person. As for the doctors they need retraining in patient care as well as illnesses.
very bad service and they lying and I told them I need too change stickers because I'm bleeding and they didn't care and one of them said we wait for doctor . I wait form 3pm till 7pm and doctor didn't come yet. I had to leave. She told me before you move sign this paper and I will fill it up when you leave.
Worst hospital to have ever encountered. NONE of the doctors seem to have a clue - you go in with a broken finger and they will treat you for a headache, then another doctor will tell you that you have some detrimental disease, and another doctor may bandage your foot for you, then send you home with nothing - very incompetent. Every single so called qualified practitioner in this hospital needs to undergo retraining.nThis experience, or similar, has happened on multiple occasions with my family. I want even begin to tell you the issues my poor daughter had with the specialists during a very complex birth - that had an anaesthetist have 3 attempts at an epidural before calling the head anaesthetist to have a fourth attempt 1hr and 20mins later for the epidural to actually be successful…
I went 2 days straight for my daughters blood and urine tests, first day the nurses was so nice and friendly the 2nd day which is today 6/3/25 there were 2 Indian nurses they both were so rude, they don’t know how to speak with people in a nice way, i don’t usually leave review but today there was really really rude people, and I don’t think they should be in really great hospital, i’m so hurt and I request Monash hospital to take that nurses behaviour seriously, i’m so disappointed with the service today.
