My experience was dreadful. They where so rude and the elderly roamed the store and I'm pretty sure one of them worked their. But they where extremely rude and harrasing, I would give it a 0 but 1 star is the lowest.
Never have I encountered such poor customer service. Upon taking my little sister shopping for a formal gown at Casar Elegance I was very viscously accused of taking photos of the dresses by the older staff member, and accused of lying when I told her that I was actually only replying to a text. In a store where I was planning on spending hundreds of dollars I would expect to be treated with respect. I would advise strongly against using Casar Elegance.
How staff treat the customer is quite pathetic, the attitude of the employees put me off purchasing anything, i rate 1 star simply because 0 stars is not an option. Reconsider even coming to this abomination.
Perfect customer service. Couldn't do enough to help me. Staff made me very comfortable and nothing was too much effort.
Excellent customer service. Make sure to book an appt to get more one on one time with the staff. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
Extremely bad customer service, was treated poorly. I advise strongly against purchasing here.
Ilisa helped with trying on as many dresses as I wanted and was extremely helpful and not pushy. I would recommend
