Cool Thornbury bar and liquor store…. An amazing amount of boutique tap beers available and different areas to enjoy. Popular with the locals, great friendly service…. Would have been five stars if the table was clean….
One of the best $25.00 steak nights in Melbourne plus $5.00 glass of wine, excellent Pinot Noir for that rate ... near perfection.nnJust have to brush up on their customer service skills ... spend $150.00 in their bottle shop and still have to pay $15.00 corkage/bottle.nBar staff wants to know whether I've paid corkage???
Had the worst margarita of my life at this place, if I hadn’t watched her shake it I would have assumed it was tap. No salt, tasted like cordial, and Took her 25 minutes to make while I waited at the bar because she opted to do some general cleaning first.nMy friends who tasted it also agreed it was awful.nMy partner asked “do you have a lager?” And the same bartender said “We have a Pilsner, it’s the same thing” so maybe she was new?nnAtmosphere was nice, the seating out the back is great and the animal style loaded fries from the truck outside were very tasty.
Best range of craft beers out of all the places I've ever been to. Can't wait to go back
