Fantastic staff and service. The staff go out of their way to make sure they serve you well and provide their absolute best knowledge of everything they deal with. If they don't have what you need in stock they will make sure they get it in for you. Thank you Caters Dargaville from Steve and Wendy.
Carters was my preferred place to buy, spent thousands there, but lately they seem to change staff frequently and although there are still a few that give excellent service some do not. I had timber delivered which is good only for fire wood and damaged stone impregnated gib, I no longer receive trade discounts, I igave a sample of sarking for sourcing and a quote, but gave up waiting after nine weeks and bought the 270 metres elsewhere. Customers should not have to chase for a price or service.
Excellent service and excellent deals. They really went above and beyond to serve my needs. They were also $400 cheaper than their opposition.
Good gear good ideas
Expensive to buy from. The yardman that served me had no training or tickets to drive the forklift had to get some else to drive the forklift. I've work in this industry. One of the first things is to train and get the yardman his tickets. All it did was waste my time.
Great service and very friendly staff.
My boys helping me out as always doing the long yards to help a customer out.
Showed open hours on website but closed when we travelled 25 mins to get there. Please show correct details on your site....
