On 1 December 2016 Mr Carr of Carr Electrical Pty Ltd, 25 Belsize Ave, Carnegie came to my Unit to install my new Kitchen light fitting which I had purchased from a Retailer prior to his visit. Firstly, one of the 2 Lights on the new Brushed Chrome track fitting was dented by Mr Carr when he dropped it into my kitchen sink. Also, in order to install the fitting I pointed out that the installation instructions were needed, but he did not follow them. He took my Installation instructions/Warranty/Maintenance Instructions which were all together on one sheet from the Manufacturer and the Box the Light fitting came in with him, left my Unit and went to his Van, without asking me if he could have them. When he collected the $120 he charged for the job, I managed to get the Instruction/Warranty/Maintenance Instructions sheet back from him but only because I insisted before I paid. In addition to this when he left the Premises I noticed that the 2 Silicone Bands that came with the Light fitting in the box were not present on the Light fitting and he had taken them. I phoned him regarding this and he returned them to my mail box. I climbed up my ladder to fit the 2 silicone bands and unscrewed the 2 lights on the track only to find 2 old and aged baton holders inside, not the new baton holders that I had seen on my Light fitting prior to Mr Carr's visit.
