I could not be happier with the service and install from Carpet Clearance Warehouse, Bayley went above and beyond to help me when buying carpet for my house, it was a stress free and enjoyable experience. The installer was amazing as well, showed up on time and did a quality job. Overall 5 stars! I will be back in the future to fit out the rest of the house in vinyl wood flooring.
We were welcomed by the owner who was happy to spend time with us, with good advice, and who gave us unlimited time to gather our ideas. He knows we can’t even give him our business, as this is for an interstate order. Can recommend.
Fantastic, service, range of products and customer assistance. I have used the team multiple times for myself and recommended to clients and have never had an issue. I would never hesitate to use Jeff and his team.
Bought a carpet for ground floor and paid in full in advance. Agreed to the slot time between 9 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. and paid more than 400AUD for carpet laying service on top of carpet price. By 10 a.m., no one showed up. I called their office and told them I had a list of patients to see that day and hence could not wait much longer. I was told that the men were on their way and should be there any minute. Carpet layers both men were pleasant and did an excellent job by the way arrived by 10.10 a.m., but did not have the glue to stick the carpet, so one of them went to local Bunnings to get the glue. By that time, I had contacted my assistant to cancel/shift patient list, and was on the phone managing work consistently. Carpet layers completed the work and left by 11.40 a.m. However next day I received a very irritating message from the manager stating that I had lied to him about work. I don't even know why I had to answer him, but this was exceptionally unprofessional of this company. Here is the message he sent me: "I am unsure where the miscommunication arose, however you told me yesterday that you were a surgeon and you urgently had to leave within 15min for a surgical list. You wanted to cancel our contract if that could not eventuate. I urgently conveyed this to our tradesmen and then you sat and watched them work for hours. This makes me look like a liar! I was really disappointed. " I never said I was a surgeon. I had factored in the time it would take for them to complete their job based on the agreed arrival time, and for me to get to work to see my patients. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Avoid and try someone else.
Good competitive pricing. Kyleigh was great to deal with and very professional. The installer however was a no show and unnecessarily rude.
Great service, very happy with what they could do for me. While they weren't able to help me with my specific enquiry out of their control they went above and beyond to help me with extra info and keeping me informed on what they *could* do for me. Highly recommend.
EPIC carpet installation & services. Big Thank You Kyleigh & Bayley for everything, especially organizing an earlier installation & excellent customer service. Blake & David did an amazing job installing our new carpet for 4 bedrooms & 2 stairs, removing the old carpet, vacuuming….etc within 6 hours. No hidden cost & it is within our budget, love the carpet color & it looks FANTASTIC! Definitely recommend to anyone!!
